If you experience slowness when connected to any locations this is usually because the particular modem you connected to might be throttled and need to be reset. One thing to try first is using the hard reset commands.

Once you click reset you need to wait at least 2-3 mins before trying the proxy connection again. If it still is slow after doing that it probably needs to be reset by our team. You can report the slow IP:PORT to our support team at the live chat in the bottom right-hand corner of the site.

If you are on MultiHop you don't have to wait for a fix. You can disconnect from that location and reconnect to the same or connect to another location. If you continue have issues, then you may want to check your own internet connection or settings.
