If you experience slowness when connected to any location, this is usually because the particular modem you are connected to might be throttled and needs to be reset. One thing to try first is using the yellow or red Hard Reset commands:

Once you reset, it will take approximately 2-3 minutes before the proxy reconnects. If the speed has still not improved, it probably needs to be reset by our team. You can report the slow proxy ID (e.g., A1B2-2023-12-02) to our support team, using the live chat button in the bottom right-hand corner of the site.

If you are on a MultiHop license, however, you don't have to wait for a fix. You can disconnect from that location and reconnect to the same location or connect to a different one. If you continue have issues, then you may want to check your own internet connection or settings.
