If you are wanting to pay with crypto either to pay for hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or just top up your balance on your account, follow these steps to do it correctly so you don't lose your payment.
Once you choose the type of product you want or are topping up funds you will be greeted with this type of screen:
Please choose either Cryptomus or Coinbase. Coinbase works best for people who have wallets that are already setup to the different options in Coinbase. Cryptomus allows you just to send funds directly from any wallet to a specified wallet address.
Coinbase
If you choose Coinbase you will see the following screen: (For Cryptomus please scroll down past Coinbase setup)
If you already have a Coinbase wallet then it will be pretty easy, if you want to connect another wallet there are lots of options such as MetaMask, Rainbo, WalletConnect, Ledger, etc.
Once you choose the wallet you want you should get a QR code for that wallet and it will go through the connection process and then the payment will be made.
After payment is made you will be redirected back to the MobileHop billing dashboard, it will either say processing or paid depending on how long the crypto takes.
Cryptomus
If you choose Cryptomus you will be greeted with this screen after pressing continue.
Please click on the Pay Now link and you will be transferred to Cryptomus payment gateway. Select currency and pick the type of Crypto you want to send payment with.
There are over 15 different ones to choose from. BTC, LTC, ETH, USDT, etc.
If you choose USDT, ETH, MATIC and some others, you will be able to select the network type (POLYGON, ETH, BSC, etc). Make sure you choose the correct one or your payment will be lost. If you don't know please refer to your crypto exchange and double check with them first.
After you choose the payment type you will click the "Proceed to the payment" button.
You will then be greeted with the QR Code, along with a wallet address and expiration time. Please copy the amount of crypto needed from the top and enter it into your payment along with double checking wallet address is correct.
Once you make the payment it will begin checking the blockchain and after payment is accepted you will be reverted back to the MobileHop billing dashboard where you can then begin using your service.
