1. On your Android device's web browser, navigate to your proxy license page and download the OpenVPN Profile (UDP Default).

  • Note: If you experience issues, try downloading the UDP Alternate profile instead.

2. Locate the .zip file you downloaded and extract it; you can extract to your Downloads folder, or another location if preferred.

3. Open the OpenVPN Connect app, then switch to the Upload File tab. Select Browse, navigate to the extracted folder, and select BOTH the included .ovpn and .conf files. Select OK to complete the import.

4. After importing the profile, press Connect.

5. You do not need a client certificate, so just tap Continue when prompted for it.

6. You should now be successfully connected to the VPN.

  • If you are unable to connect after completing Step 6, then go back to Step 1, download our UDP Alternative profile, and repeat Steps 2-6.

  • If you still have issues connecting, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
