1. From your iPhone's web browser, navigate to your proxy license page and tap the green iOS Profile (Always On) button to download the iOS VPN profile.

2. Tap Allow when the browser asks to download a configuration profile.
3. Open your iPhone Settings and tap on Profile Downloaded.
4. Tap Install at the top right to install the VPN profile. Enter your iPhone password if prompted.
5. In the Warning tab, again tap Install. Then tap Install once more when prompted, and finally tap Done. The profile is now on your phone and will automatically connect. By default, the VPN will be persistent.
6. If you want to view the VPN profile or disable persistent activation, go to iPhone Settings, tap General, then VPN & Device Management, then VPN.
7. You will see the downloaded profile, which should have a checkmark next to it. The Status should show an activated toggle switch labeled Connected.
8. To disable persistent activation, select the Information icon ⓘ to view the connection details. Then toggle off the switch for Connect On Demand. The VPN connection will no longer be persistent and you can activate/deactivate manually.
SoftEther VPN via SSTP Connect (Easy)
You can quickly and easily set up a VPN connection on your iPhone with SSTP Connect, which will use the SoftEther VPN client to establish a VPN connection to your proxy.
Download SSTP Connect for iOS ($2.99 USD)
1. From your iPhone's browser, go to your proxy license page and download the SoftEther VPN Profile.
2. Once downloaded, click on the file and open it with SSTP Connect.
3. Accept the next few prompts from SSTP. Be sure to select YES for the TLS server verification question and Allow to add the VPN configuration. When completed, you will see the imported profile in the SSTP Connect profiles menu.
4. Select the newly imported profile, which should have the same name as your proxy license. Under VPN Status, toggle the switch to the right to connect to the VPN.
Your iPhone should now be connected to your MobileHop proxy via VPN.
OpenVPN
Using OpenVPN on iPhone requires a computer in order to transfer both the .conf and .ovpn files together into the OpenVPN directory. You will not need to sync your iPhone. See OpenVPN's guide for doing this with a Mac computer. For this guide, we will use a Windows PC.
1. From your proxy portal, download the OpenVPN Profile (UDP Default) onto your PC and extract the .zip folder.
If you experience issues, try downloading the UDP Alternate profile instead.
2. Plug your iPhone into your PC. If you see the Trust This Computer? prompt, tap Trust.
3. In the Apple Devices app, go to the left pane and select Files. In the Apps list, select OpenVPN and click Add File.... In the explorer pop-up, navigate to your extracted .zip and select both the .ovpn and .conf files, and click Open. You should see the two files populate in the Documents list.
4. On your iPhone, open the OpenVPN Connect app. Under Upload File, you should see your MobileHop VPN profile available for import. Tap Add, and tap Connect. If you see the "OpenVPN" Would Like to Add VPN Configurations prompt, tap Allow. If prompted for PIN or biometric authentication, do so. You should then be connected to your MobileHop proxy via VPN.
